A second public comment hearing in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Cecil College in the Technology Center Building, Room D208, located at 1 Seahawk Drive, North East, Maryland 21901 concerning Bouchelle Road Solar 1, LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 5 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Cecil County, Maryland. The Project is anticipated to occupy approximately 27.1 acres of a 111.14-acre property (the “Property”) located at 600 Bouchelle Road, Elkton, MD (Tax Map 0019, Grid 0022, Parcel 0068) in Cecil County, Maryland.
The hearing will begin with a presentation of the Project by the Applicant; followed by a presentation by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Power Plant Research Program (PPRP) of its recommendations with respect to the Project; followed by the Technical Staff of the Public Service Commission of Maryland (Staff) as to its recommendations regarding the Project.

The Project is anticipated to consist of approximately 33 acres of a 41.9-acre property located at 28260 Nanticoke Road, Salisbury, Maryland (Tax Map: 0037; Grid: 0011; Parcels: 0013 and 0016).
