A public comment hearing in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., at the Rocky Ridge Volunteer Fire Company, 13527 Motters Station Road, Rocky Ridge, MD 21778, concerning Clyde Young Road Solar 1, LLC’s application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (“CPCN”) from the Maryland Public Service Commission. The hearing will include a presentation by the Applicant followed by a presentation by the Department of Natural Resources, Power Plant Research Program (“PPRP”) of its recommendations with respect to the Project; followed by the Technical Staff of the Public Service Commission of Maryland (“Staff”) as to its recommendations with regard to the Project.
